Myself, husband and 2 children spent 2 nights in this lovley friendly hotel. We have been visiting Blackpool for over 20 years and can honestly say that this was the best place we have ever stayed in. The owners are really friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is brilliant. It was quiet and after a busy day we got a gret nights sleep. We are going back in September!

Room felt cramped for three, close call on available parking spaces during busy season!!! Shower leaked everywhere, requiring towels for cleanup. Towels remained in the room unsupervised!!!

Roy and Tina's warm hospitality made our stay special, particularly the delicious full English breakfast that started our mornings off right. The family room was spacious and well-equipped for our kids.

Every time we stay in Blackpool, like to stay here. This great budget hotel is amazing with excellent and professional staff. The rooms are well decorated and brand-new, with 2 single beds, balloons plus tea provided. All in all they offer exceptional service. Besides, parking is on street.

Cleanliness of room was very good.
Owner blew his top when asked if it was possible to have a boiled egg instead of fried for breakfast. He slammed down the breakfast order sheet, became angry and over-reacted over a simple question/request.

Terry and Jan were very friendly and unbelievably efficient, the rooms were both comfy and absolutely spotless and breakfast was fantastic. Couldnt reccomend it more! It was quite far out past the north shore but was right next to a tram stop, this also made it a nice quiet street even though we were staying on a bank holiday weekend, absolutely loved it and would definetly go back.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay, enjoying the lovely family room that was both clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were excellent, and the hosts made sure to cater to dietary needs such as gluten-free options, which I appreciated. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and attractions like the North Pier. a delightful experience that my grandson wants to repeat!
